New 'Orphan Black' Set Photo Will Have You Begging To Be The Meat In A Tatiana Sandwich

We don’t have a lot of information on the second season of Orphan Black other than a premiere date (April 19, 2014) and the following new tidbit from the series creators: “Our launching framework for season 2 is really the war between Sarah and Rachel.”

For those of you who can’t keep your clones straight that’s Rachel (evil/corporate) on the bottom and our protagonist Sarah (free spirit/excessive eyeliner) on the top. The bone of contention between the two clones, of course, is Sarah’s missing daughter Kira. Here, to refresh your memory, is the WAAAAAAAALT moment from the close of season 1.

Of course it’s not really Kira or new clone Rachel that we’re concerned with. It’s this. What, oh what, will our favorite clone do with that glue gun next?

That and what’s going on with Cosima? If, science forbid, we lose Cosima this season, will there be new clones to look forward to? New wigs for the lovely Tatiana Maslany to wear? The creators say yes:

I think of course it’s safe to assume that. We are really excited about doing that. We want to do it in a way that is unexpected. We want to do it at a time that’s unexpected. But it is obviously something that we talk about a lot. And it’s part of the fun of making Orphan Black and making a show about clones is that we can be having those discussions. We have some surprises in store.
