Survivor on CBS at 8:00pm ET. Back-to-back new episodes.

The Magicians on SyFy at 9:00pm ET. Second season finale. Every promo I see for this show looks like it’s somehow three different shows rolled into one. I know how it started, but it seems to have really branched out since I last checked in about midway through the first season.

Archer: Dreamland on FXX at 10:00pm ET.

The Expanse on SyFy at 10:00pm ET. Second season finale.

Fargo on FX at 10:00pm ET. Third season premiere. If I could get away with listing this five times, I absolutely would. I think Noah Hawley is the most interesting show runner working on television right now and I will follow him back to the far north to see what intrigues he has cooked up with Carrie Coon, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and both Ewan McGregors any time. And with The Leftovers also back, we are in a golden age of Carrie Coon being on our TVs and that is a great thing.
