Parks and Recreation on NBC at 8:00pm ET. Two episodes again tonight.

USA Special: 139th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show on USA at 8:00pm ET. For those of you without cable, the website has links for digital live streaming tonight. There’s also links to watch the breed coverage from earlier in the day, in case you just need to see a ring full of Tibetan mastiffs. And you should! They’re delightful. Tonight’s judging includes the sporting, working, and terrier groups, as well as Best in Show. It’ll probably be won by some annoying little yappy thing, but at least it’s nice to see all the dogs before that.

Marry Me on NBC at 9:00pm ET. First season winter finale. I noticed this last night with Jane the Virgin, that some new shows are taking late winter breaks which makes even less sense to me than the usual month-long breaks over Christmas but I guess that’s why no one asks me what I think of these things.

Marvel’s Agent Carter on ABC at 9:00pm ET.

Justified on FX at 10:00pm ET.

Genevieve Burgess thinks that in a world of binge-watching, mid-season breaks make less sense than ever.
