I Escaped Jaws 2 on Discovery at 9:00pm ET.

Rectify on Sundance at 9:00pm ET.

The Sixties on CNN at 9:00pm ET. First season finale. Tonight’s episode is about sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll (literally, the title is “Sex, Drugs, and Rock ‘n’ Roll”) so if any of you have Boomer parents or grandparents that grew up in the sixties, tonight is the night to watch for blackmail material. Particularly any of them who might be stringently against marijuana decriminalization.

The Honorable Woman on Sundance at 10:00pm ET.

Sharkageddon on Discovery at 10:00pm ET. As much as I make fun of Shark Week and their ridiculous titles and premises, I do still thing that their support of shark conservation efforts is a good thing. Here’s their list of information and resources regarding shark conservation. It’d be a bit pathetic if a creature evolution had completely perfected was wiped out by the likes of us.

Genevieve Burgess is very interested in that Lush soap that also helps save sharks.
