“Big Brother” on CBS at 8:00pm ET.
“So You Think You Can Dance” on Fox at 8:00pm ET.
“Toy Hunter” on Travel at 9:00pm ET. A show about selling old toys and collectibles for money. I hate shows like this because they always show the odd toy that nets a huge price but neglect to mention how rare that is and I feel like it encourages hoarding. Also, there’s a special place in hell for people who buy children toys and tell them “Now, don’t take it out of the box because it might be worth a lot of money one day!” If you want them to have a nice collection of “mint in box” toys when they grown up then buy a second one and stash it somewhere they can’t see it.
“Dirty Jobs” on Discovery at 10:00pm ET. Ninth season premiere. We’ve lost Mike Rowe to Australia for this season. So, you know, same old “Dirty Jobs” formula with about 1000% more venom.
“The Soup” on E at 10:00pm ET.
Genevieve Burgess can’t wait for regular television to return.
