5 Shows After Dark: He Feeds on Geriatric Paranoia

"Michael Wood's Story of England: The Seeds of Reform" on PBS at 8:00pm ET.

"Trust Us With Your Life" on ABC at 9:00pm ET. For any improv fans, this is a new improv series where actors (including "Whose Line Is It Anyway" veterans Colin Mocherie and Bitch Choker Wayne Brady) base their improvisations around real life anecdotes told by the guests. This week's guests are the Osbourne family and Serena Williams. Hilarity may or may not ensue.

"White Collar" on USA at 9:00pm ET. Fourth season premiere.

"NY Med" on ABC at 10:00pm ET. This is a sort of documentary style series that takes place at New York Presbyterian's Weil, Cornell, and Columbia medical centers offering a voyeur like look inside the every day drama of hospitals. Dr.Mehmet Oz is featured in this episode performing heart surgery, which is a nice change for him since he's usually on TV scaring the shit out of everyone's grandparents on his talk show.

"Workaholics" on Comedy Central at 10:30pm ET.

Genevieve Burgess hates summer television just as much as it hates her.

This kind of comedy has been absent for quite some time since its predecessor Whose Line Is It Anyway was cancelled. I was a huge fan of the show and seeing that Trust Us With Your Life is the new updated version makes me look forward to it. When I heard it was premiering yesterday I set my DVR but haven’t had the chance to watch it yet. A Dish co-worker suggested I download the remote access app for my Smartphone and watch it on my break. It let’s me stream live TV or anything I’ve already recorded through the Sling Adapter and best of all it works great with the Hopper. Now I’ll be able to watch Trust Us with Your Life at lunch or on the train ride home. One thing I really wish is that Ryan Stiles was a part of this show. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that maybe he will do a guest spot or something later in the show.
