5 Shows After Dark: Crime Dramas Are Getting Prettier Every Year

"Major Crimes" on TNT at 9:00pm ET. Second season premiere.

"Pussy Riot: A Punk Prayer" on HBO at 9:00pm ET.

"Deon Cole's Black Box" on TBS at 10:00pm ET. Series premiere. I saw a commercial for this where Deon was like "Because pop culture won't make fun of itself!" and I was like "Have you been participating in pop culture lately? Because that seems like that's ALL it's doing these days." but perhaps other people need the joke spelled out for them.

"King and Maxwell" on TNT at 10:00pm ET. Series premiere. A new series about two disgraced Secret Service agents who are now private investigators. Starring the incredibly lovely Rebecca Romijn, and so far that's all I can find to recommend it.

"The Winner Is..." on NBC at 10:00pm ET. Series premiere. A new singing competition! Because we don't have enough of those on television currently struggling to find an audience! See what I mean about pop culture making fun of itself without any help?

Genevieve Burgess supposes she would be out of a fake-job if people didn't need pop-culture absurdities spelled out for them.

Here's some Daveed Diggs for you. On Daveed Diggs' digs, actually. That man does things with clothes that should not make sense, but are absolutely perfect. (Go Fug Yourself)

Woody Allen has "so moved on" from his daughter's accusations and says he never even thinks about it. He equates her words about him to a bad review he won't read and comments on how wacky it is that Mia Farrow is his mother-in-law. He is the worst. (Celebitchy)

Not The Worst but still very gross: Leonardo DiCaprio and his Pussy Posse Wolf Pack were on the douche prowl in NYC. (Lainey)

Here are 5 under-the-radar shows. I had never even heard of the first two. (Uproxx)
