5 Shows After Dark: Seriously, Is She Playing Dead Marilyn? Because This Does Not Look Good.
"Betty White's Second Annual 90th Birthday Special" on NBC at 8:00pm ET.
"Emily Owens, M.D" on The CW at 9:00pm ET. Series finale. Aw, poor Mamie Gummer. That's now two shows in which she's played a doctor that have failed.
"Smash" on NBC at 9:00pm ET. Two hour second season premiere. Recently I had to be on a plane and it was American Airlines so they run NBC programs on flights that are too short to show movies on. Since this flight was about two and a half hours, we got approximately 45 minutes worth of "Promo" material for the upcoming season of "Smash" and commercials for it during the episodes of other NBC shows they were showing. I guess they're trying to convince non-music theater fans to watch it. That would be easier if the show wasn't as awful as it's been every single time I've seen it. Also, Katherine McPhee looks TERRIBLE as a blonde which is surprising, but also not good for the plot. Seriously. All the pictures I've seen of her in a Marilyn wig look like she's a literal ghost.
"Justified" on FX at 10:00pm ET.
"Tosh.0" on Comedy Central at 10:00pm ET. Fifth season premiere. Five seasons worth of watching YouTube videos on television. What a wonderful society we have built for ourselves.
Genevieve Burgess would very much like it if you bought her book. Please?

Here's some Daveed Diggs for you. On Daveed Diggs' digs, actually. That man does things with clothes that should not make sense, but are absolutely perfect. (Go Fug Yourself)
Woody Allen has "so moved on" from his daughter's accusations and says he never even thinks about it. He equates her words about him to a bad review he won't read and comments on how wacky it is that Mia Farrow is his mother-in-law. He is the worst. (Celebitchy)
Not The Worst but still very gross: Leonardo DiCaprio and his
Here are 5 under-the-radar shows. I had never even heard of the first two. (Uproxx)
