“Prohibition: A Nation of Hypocrites” on PBS at 8:00pm ET.
“MLB Playoffs: NY Yankees at Detroit Tigers” on TBS at 8:37pm ET.
“Gene Simmons Family Jewels” on A&E at 9:00pm ET. Sixth season fall premiere. This is called “The Answer, Part 1” so I suppose they’re referring to the fact that Gene asked Shannon to marry him. Since (spoiler alert) I read yesterday that they’d gotten married it appears that their reality show has been scooped by… reality. WE’RE THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS!!!
“Sons of Anarchy” on FX at 10:00pm ET.
“Onion News Network” on IFC at 10:00pm ET. Second season premiere. Is this any good? Seems a bit like “The Daily Show” but with a heavier dose of satire from the commercials.
