5 Shows After Dark: Oh, God, Please. No More.

By Genevieve Burgess | Miscellaneous | October 22, 2012 | Comments ()

"NLCS Game #7: Saint Louis at San Francisco" on Fox at 7:30pm.

"2012 Presidential Debates - 3rd Debate" at 9:00pm ET on ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, but not Fox. Because of the baseball game. I do wonder a bit what that will do to how many people actually see the debate since I'm sure we all know at least one person who will refuse to watch the debate on any network but Fox because of "bias". But the Fox News Channel does exist, so if they have a cable or satellite package then they're in luck. Sort of.

"Hoarders" on A&E at 9:00pm ET.

"RuPaul's All Stars Drag Race" on Logo at 9:00pm ET. Series premiere.

"Richard Hammond's Crash Course" on BBCA at 10:00pm ET. Second season premiere. I swear this just premiered a month or two ago and they're on the second season? I'm assuming they mean "premiere for the colonists" and there's already a few seasons that have aired in Britain because otherwise I have no clue what they're up to over at the BBCA. Then again, that's probably true anyway.

Genevieve Burgess Is thrilled to have worthwhile television to write about again. At least for the moment.

I watched the debate and then Hoarders. Yeah, I was going for total emotional breakdown/rage fit.
If only they'd found a horse or bayonets in the hoarders' houses, it would have tied in so nicely.

  • TheAggroCraig

I watched the debate on CSPAN's website. Did I get bias'd?

  • Man of Stool

There is no excuse for using FOX News as a source for information. They are evil, no getting around that. The horrors I've seen on that putrid channel.

  • BlackRabbit

Dammit this needs a Bladerunner joke and I'm not smart enough to make it.

Prepare to gag on my extravaganza.

  • googergieger

    No thank you.

No LOVE for Don't Trust the B%$@# in Apartment 23? It's a Dawson's Creek reunion...2nd Season Premiere Tonight @ 9:30 on CityTV (Canada Wins Again).

Wow. I have to say I'm a little taken aback. I really don't know what to say. While it's great that we've "won" again, I think the most important thing for us to remember, for all of us to remember, is that this isn't about winning or losing. This is about everybody, regardless of ethnicity, religion or socioeconomic background, coming together, working through our differences, making compromises, and doing what needs to be done for the greater good of all.

    Thank you.

  • Long_Pig_Tailor

    You're such a goody-goody, Canada.

Please gay marry me for Canadian citizenship? Or straight marry. Whichever fits.

  • Groundloop

Mother (Great Britain), always said I was her favourite.

As to your proposal of marriage, while I believe I'm flattered, I'm afraid I'll have to decline, as it could be interpreted as exclusionary in its inclusiveness. That said, if you do wish to become a citizen, right now we have a promotional offer of a bowl of poutine with every application, and a case of maple syrup when you get accepted.

    Thank you.

Point taken... We didn't win but are "blessed" with early DTTBIA23 just like we were yesterday with Happy Endings.

I only use "" because I'm atheistic like Britta.
