Madonna Dresses as Daenerys Targaryen for Purim, and It Works For Her

By Dustin Rowles | Celebrities Are Better than You | March 17, 2014 | Comments ()

If you try and put aside how often annoying Madonna has been for much of the past two decades, especially in her attempts to remain culturally relevant not by creating her own trends and adapting to others, but by adopting those of a younger generation, it’s easier to appreciate this photo of Madonna, who apparently dresses up for Purim, like anyone who was born and raised Catholic might do after they’ve adopted Jewish mysticism as their, uh, faith.

But you know what? Let’s just roll with it, OK? I haven’t been this attracted to Madonna since she humped a bed during the 1984 MTV VMAs.

For a minute I thought it was the kitchen and she had her bathtub in there because.....ya know....exhibitionist.

Well, while we're here, here is my Maleficent Purim costume this year.

I'm sorry, Dustin, I'm having a hard time just "going with this."

To be fair, you're supposed to dress up as a queen for Purim. I once went as a nun.

It kind of looks like she's cosplaying Daenarys from an alternate timeline where the coin landed on madness rather than greatness.

God damn do I love this comment.

Mostly, I just covet that bathtub. I bet she has heated floors, too.

You cut out the Drogon is my n---a caption.

I couldn't care less what she looks like on the outside, I just wish she wasn't so repulsive on the inside.

    Her arms are still terrifying.
