Gordon Ramsay Will Insult Your Cooking On Twitter, You F*cking Donkey

There’s something weirdly cathartic about watching Gordon Ramsay lay into the aspiring chefs of Hell’s Kitchen or the failing restauranteurs of Kitchen Nightmares. Perhaps it’s just the vicarious thrill of watching someone really scream at another person for screwing up. Maybe it’s the weird excitement of wondering how you yourself might take such an intense dressing down. Either way, good news! Ramsay has taken his insults and takedowns to Twitter.

There’s also a sweet side to Ramsay, as fans of Master Chef and Ramsay’s Best Restaurant know. A side that relishes in his family, urges at-home cooks to test their limits, and goes gaga over truly great food. It’s a bit like Jekyll and Hyde, but with yelling about vegans. And on Twitter you get a bit of both. Sometimes cute photos of his towheaded brood, captioned with plenty of dad pride. Other times, Ramsay goes on a rampage, responding to followers’ pictures of food with all the ire we’ve come to expect from television’s most enigmatic and enraged chef.

Thanks, Ramsay. For giving all of us a chance to be an idiot sandwich.
